How long does delivery take?
UK standard delivery takes 3–5 business days. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of being placed.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! All UK orders over £45 qualify for free standard shipping, applied automatically at checkout.

How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking email. You can also visit our Track Order page at any time.

Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly, so please contact us at hello@restwellactive.store as soon as possible if you need to make a change. We'll do our best to help before dispatch.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

How long does a refund take?
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving your return, back to your original payment method.

My item arrived damaged — what do I do?
We're sorry to hear that. Please email hello@restwellactive.store with your order number and a photo of the damage and we'll resolve it straight away.

Are the melatonin sleep patches safe?
Yes. Our sleep patches use slow-release melatonin and are suitable for adults. If you have any medical conditions or take medication, we recommend consulting your GP before use.

Are the electric massage patches rechargeable?
Yes — they are USB rechargeable, so no batteries are needed. A full charge provides multiple sessions of use.

Is the acupressure mat suitable for beginners?
Absolutely. We recommend starting with 5–10 minutes and building up gradually. Many users place a thin cloth between themselves and the mat when starting out.

What sizes are available for activewear?
Our activewear is available in sizes S through to 2XL. Size guides are included on each product page.
