We want you to love every RestWellActive product. If something isn't right, we're here to make it easy.

30-Day Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.

How to Start a Return

Email us at hello@restwellactive.store with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 2 business days with next steps.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are handled on a case-by-case basis:

• Faulty or incorrect items: We will cover the full cost of return shipping and send a replacement or full refund at no charge to you.
• Change of mind returns: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items that have been used, opened, or are not in original condition
• Items returned after the 30-day window without prior agreement
• Personalised or custom orders

Exchanges

We don't currently offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size or colour, please return your original item and place a new order.
